Payment

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit card payment, and cash on delivery for domestic customers for now.

Order

All Items in our webshop are custom-made for you. Although we do our best to ensure the fastest delivery, please allow up to two weeks from visible payment for the order to be completed and shipped out of our company. We will update you with projected delivery times upon receiving the order.

Use of Buyer’s Photographs

Purpose of Use
We use the photographs provided by you exclusively for the purpose of creating personalized lamps. Your photographs will be utilized solely to customize and design the lamp(s) you have ordered.

Deletion of Photographs
Once the production of your personalized lamp(s) is complete, your photographs will be permanently deleted from our systems. We do not store, share, or use your photographs for any other purposes beyond the creation of the ordered product.

Data Security
We take the security of your personal data very seriously. All photographs are stored securely during the production process and are subject to stringent security measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Consent
By providing us with your photographs, you consent to our use of your images as outlined in this section. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from uploading your photographs.

Refusing Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept a package upon delivery following the checkout process, they will be invoiced for associated costs. This encompasses charges for shipping, storage, and package return, amounting to €22.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the purchased products for whatever reason, you can order a replacement or money return within 14 days of receiving it. You have to send back the original product undamaged along with all originally included equipment and documentation. The return shipment cost will be covered by Krakan Studio provided the return is made within 14 days of receiving the product. Request return by mail to info@krakan.studio, please include the order number.

Limited Warranty

Products are only guaranteed to be functioning upon receiving them. Please note that you are ordering items in general made from PLA plastic or PETG and as such they cannot withstand excessive heat and are relatively fragile. Krakan Studio cannot be responsible for any misusage of ordered items.

Price

Prices are displayed in EUR and do not include VAT. Krakan Studio reserves the right to change prices at its discretion, without prior notice.

Privacy Statement

This statement addresses the privacy of personal data collected and processed in the use of this webshop and is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. Krakan Studio collects web shop user’s personal data needed for the implementation of the online sales process and shipping of the purchased goods.
Personal data is accessed only via encrypted channels (HTTPS). The user’s sole responsibility is to enter valid data and maintain them in case of any changes. Only persons over 16 years of age are allowed to register. If Krakan Studio finds out about any person under 16 years of age being registered, Krakan Studio will erase all personal data for that person.
Personal data is being used for order forms and invoices and are sent to user by e-mail automatically or manually. Security of the destination mailbox and mail server are the sole responsibility of the user.
User personal data is being kept on an EU-based server(s) and can be accessed by authorized personnel only. Krakan Studio can share personal data needed for the shipment of the goods (name, address, phone number, or e-mail address) with the post office or the delivery company. Also, personal data will be shared with the authorized accounting company for
accounting purposes only. Apart from the cases stated, your personal data will not be shared with anyone else. Your personal data may be shared with a third party when obligated by the applicable law. Personal data is being kept at least for the period prescribed by the Croatian applicable laws.
Every registered user has the right to full and unlimited reports on the collection, processing, and personal data usage of the user in question. This right can be carried out by sending an e-mail to info@krakan.studio from the registered e-mail address. This contact can be used to require personal data corrections or the deletion of personal data. Krakan Studio can decline deletion fully or partially when the request is in opposition to applicable laws.
If you feel that we’re in any way misusing your privacy rights, you can send us a formal complaint by sending an e-mail to info@krakan.studio from the registered e-mail address and we’ll get back to you. If you’re in any way dissatisfied with the answer you have the right to the EU supervisory agency as of May 25, 2018.
During your visit to the web shop, some analytic data is being collected which contains only the non-identifying personal data(e.g. your IP address, your web browser type, and the website you came from). Our webshop uses Google Analytics to do the job, and this data can be used in advertising – you can find out more about it at https://policies.google.com/privacy/partners.
Krakan Studio webshop uses cookies for the full web shop functionality – if you turn off cookies in your web browser, the webshop might not have full functionality and you might not be able to complete an order in the webshop. Analytical tools also use cookies, disabling this cookie has no impact on the webshop functionality. Webshop may contain links to other websites, Krakan Studio is in no way responsible for those sites’ content and privacy policy.
This Privacy Statement can be changed by Krakan Studio with no prior notice, users will be informed of the change on the web shop main page. This notice will be visible for at least 30 days from the day of change. Krakan Studio can use other means of communication (e.g. social media) to inform users of the change, if necessary.
